OMGchefs: Passover Pizza OMGkids Will Love

For all you OMGmothers who are in the market for an easy-to-prepare, mouth-watering Passover treat for the OMGkiddos, look no further…

The blog What Jew Wanna Eat has posted a deliciously simple recipe for Margarita Matzah Pizza.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 piece of matzah
  • 1/8 cup of tomato sauce
  • 5 pieces of fresh mozzarella
  • Basil
  • Garlic and Oregano to taste

Here’s what you do:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spread tomato sauce on the piece of matzah.

3. Sprinkle with garlic and oregano.

4. Cover with cheese and basil.

4. Bake on a cookie sheet for 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted.

For even more tasty fun, ask your OMGkids for a list of their favorite pizza toppings and let them add the toppings themselves!

OMGparents, will you have your OMGchildren over for Passover? Will you try this recipe?
