Become the OMGking of the Popsicle this summer!

Summer is here–the perfect time for a healthy Popsicle!

No need to ask the parents if your nephew/niece can have one. OMGmother has found the healthy recipe for a Fruit Salad Popsicle thanks to the ever-fantastic Martha Stewart.

The OMGIngredients you need (but really you could decide to put any fruits!):

  • 1 peach, cut into 1/2-inch slices (1/2 cup)
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 3 ounces blueberries (1/2 cup)
  • 4 ounces strawberries, hulled and halved ( 3/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups 100 percent white-grape juice

The 3 OMGsteps:

  1. Put some fruit into popsicle molds or paper cups. Fill the molds so that the fruit is packed in.
  2. Pour juice into each mold so that it just covers the fruit.
  3. Insert ice-pop sticks. Freeze about 6 hours until solid. Pops last up to 2 weeks!
